About M.L.B.

Making Life Better: Men's Group

The Black Branch M.L.B.  men's group meets once per month and offers a safe space for men to gather and discuss coping with race-based discrimination, trauma, and life at no cost to you. As African American men there are factors specific to our lives which force us to encounter daily stressors, trauma, anxiety, and other aspects which shift our internal emotional standing. In an effort to build community and negate isolation The Black Branch offers this group free to those who register. It is possible for healing to happen in community, we welcome you to join ours. Make your Life Better one day at a time.
